Hey I remember the show ThunderCats! Cool intro song! 🐈🐈‍⬛😻

***
We are used to thunderstorms here but sometimes they can still knock us off our feet. Thankfully this was a quick moving storm, it passed by really fast, about 30 minutes but it was ravenous for lack of any other similar word I can't think of now.

I was in Moonflower's room talking, and she had her curtains open so everything was really visible.
Luna had just went in the closet and I actually thought she didn't need to go in there, because it was already thundering but it wasn't bad thundering, so I was like wow, Luna is not even bothered anymore.

Then me and Moonflower saw you know, the blue spilt-second flashes, crackling sound, then comes the ROARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.
Man it was rough.

I was like my goodness Luna, you probably doing better than me/us at the moment.
Unless it's like a tropical storm or hurricane or something, usually that "blue flash, crackle, and boom" sequence only happens once or twice in close succession, but it happened like 6 times; me and Moonflower kept thinking it was over then we would cover our ears and be flinching and kinda ducking

It's a cute, funny memory now that it's over and we're all fine

Went in the office  and told Joe that we might need to come sit in the hallway away from windows.
We powered down the electronics, got it quiet and dark for a few. (With power surge protectors I don't think we need to unplug everything anymore) but definitely unplug and stop the use of anything currently charging.

Oh yeah, Moonflower said it's a good time for all my devices to have a low battery. LOL

⛈️🌩️⚡⚡⚡
It's been like 12 hours and the booms set off the nearby school's alarm and the alarm is still going
