Moonflower and her dad were supposed to have what I call a "Daughter & Dad Out" about two weeks ago. I like giving everything a special title. 😂
But she got sick with a really bad cold and we were so thrown for a loop because she has not had a cold since she was a toddler. So I am so grateful that we had so many years of her not getting sick with a cold, flu, bacteria or anything, since those toddler years, she is primarily very very healthy but still, no matter how many times your kid gets sick or how old they are it's rough, but I did decent keeping my emotions in check. I was able to keep my emotions together because she stayed in good spirits and was still her happy self. Well also, there was no fever, no loss of appetite, no body aches so she was able to keep enjoying her regular activities for the most part.

As I stated earlier, it's tough and miserable to have a sick kid at any age, but of course you are thankful when they're old enough to where they can actually talk and tell you their symptoms. I remember those other days!

OK so she wanted to see "A Minecraft Movie" and she enjoyed it! They went this past Saturday, April 12. Dad survived the movie, you know, if you're a parent or auntie/uncle you're just going out of the love for your kids lol. 

When they first got back home they were telling me about Chicken Jockey. 🐔🐔🐔🐔🐔🐔
I was like 'what in the world,' lol. She said the theatre was crowded and the theater erupted with Chicken Jockey! I was like oh how neat that you got to experience a packed theater with a lively audience. That is always so cool!! Cause these days, it be like 5 other people in the movies lately when we've been going.

So today I told her I was working on a blog post, and I asked her what her favorite part of the movie was, and she said she doesn't remember. 

Then I said on the scale of one to five, how many stars do you give it, and she said three. I said, "three?" She said, "It's a fine movie. It is not mind-blowingly amazing nor is it terrible. It is fine." 

That's our Moonflower, very to-the-point. But I'm going to give everything some more stars, because I'm so grateful anytime we have family time and go out and enjoy ourselves. She had fun, not to mention that yummy popcorn and slushie, lol, she had fun and thus her dad had fun so hey, that's worth a whole bunch of stars right there ⭐🌟🌠💫🌟⭐🌠💫🌟⭐🌠💫
