I vent a lot because I’m hardwired to hate all injustices, however, I love being born a Black girl. I would not change being a super Black girl for all the money in the world. I would change the world though.
Being hated and ignored by a globally anti-Black world, in an ironic twist, actually makes the good experiences greater and makes them more spiritual and meaningful.
My therapist told me that most people in the world are ‘unconscious’ on a spiritual level, according to Shamanism.
He acknowledged and understands my pain, but told me to start focusing on whatever spirituality I want to.
And I tell you…that’s where my Blackness is a complete winner. Black Indigenous Girl = goddess status and goddess energy that the the world can’t erase
