Well the Lunar Owls won. I was so glad to see Azura Stevens back, and that would be the only highlight as a Rose fan.

They just never got into a flow even though they kept the game close for a while. The Lunar Owls eventually took off
I'm glad that everyone stayed calm since these women are hotheaded like me, lol, I get it. Lunar Owls were madt about that previous, shocking loss to the Rose and certainly by the after game theatrics, but I'm glad they didn't feed into....you know, all the very negative things out there in social world that I am adamant about avoiding.
I do briefly scroll on IG, I 100% stay out the comments!!!!, but even with a brief scroll I can quickly see what people are talking about, and people do make too big a deal out of nothing and get too emotional over matters that are not life and death and certainly matters that won't affect their lives
It's a sport, tempers flare, the ladies are competitive, sometimes mistakes are made in the heat of the moment and that's that. No need for anything extra. These ladies are all extremely likeable...even though I root against the Lunar Owls, that's simply because they are too dominant and they win toooooooo much, too easily. I like them all as individuals and in fact Courtney Williams is one of my favorite players

I have never seen Napheesa Collier show any type of emotion, ever. I guess she's kind of like Jalen Hurts in that regards. I was briefly scrolling on IG and saw a slow motion of how she was fussing at Angel Reese after she hit the winning shot. And I'm like, so what?? I stayed out the comments, and I think I might have just closed IG because I only want to see what the players themselves post.
I don't care what "fans" think, I don't care anything about anyone's negative ass posts and making a big deal out of emotions that people have shown in sports since forever.
Anyway, I'm still tremendously enjoying the league and am grateful I've managed to stay away from Google/social media any media and keep all that noise & hatred out my life as it has already ruined so much for me; and I am just purely enjoying an event for what it is and what I see. I don't need to know what anyone online thinks.
Just like how it was back in the day before social media....I would just watch the damn event and live life
