-First, today had been kind of irritating and stressful. Not tremendously, not anything personal thank goodness but just the state of this country and world;
I'm so glad they freed my "fruit tree guy" 🍋that's my name for him when it comes to this stuff. I have already been playing my IPAD sorting games, but they have to many ads, so I went back to the Nintendo Switch's Dr. Mario to help me stay calm regarding our boy 🍋
-then I hope Sha'Carri will be okay; but soon as my husband told me she was arrested for speeding I was first glad she was okay and didn't hurt herself or anyone in a wreck or anything, but I started cussing and fussing about the comments I can imagine from all these "perfect people" online. I hate them so much, I don't even have to read anything 😡so I had to work on calming myself about trash people posting articles, comments etc that I'm not even gonna read. I still hate them, so man that's some hate. Good thing is, the hate is not my primary emotion anymore. I've been able to heal from my personal pain and thus calm my nervous system enough to where while the hate is there and always will be for these internet people, it doesn't take over me anymore
-then peri-menopause cramps, not debilitating thank goodness but I was cramping

🏀From the usual location in Miami to Philadelphia. They need to do this more often, but I know the season is already short and they can't squeeze too much in
🏀First women's professional basketball game in Philadelphia since 1998. Dang!
🏀Sold out crowd, 21,000 plus
🏀Absolutely phenomenal 1st game between the Breeze and the Phantom. Natasha Cloud is back home as a Philly native, I know this experience had to be so extremely touching for her. She definitely cried at the end when speaking about the team's victory.
🏀Youngins Malonga, Paige, Rekia and Cameron (can't think of the other player) of the Breeze did awesome
Next game coming up is:
Rose vs Lunar Owls, which is quite a rival lol
