(Even though I very rarely post there anyway)

I also had a group with about 9k members. It was called Dear Black Children. It was 99% drama free, but my head, chile' my mental health. I closed the group way back in 2021. Even after years of therapy and lots of healing, I still can't do it. I just can't with social media and the Internet as a whole has primarily become the same as social media.

So I think this is a good schedule for me:Β
Do not post on my FB business page or personal page until the Holiday season (each year). Then leave again.
FB is the only platform that I have a history on. As much as I violently abhor Internet culture, the major media, and social media, I have created a lot of wonderful content that many awesome people have enjoyed and been so supportive of.
So because FB hates when you try and take people off their platform, it's a slim chance that those people will see my links from FB and enjoy my content here, but at least I won't completely wipe everything away.Β
Just chime in a little bit during the holidays to share my lovely 🥰🤣content, and links to this site to whichever tiny, few people the algorithm will show it to.
So, I am thoroughly enjoying my Not Naughty, Just Nice: Black Christmas Movies. After healing enough to be ready to share this, I was going to post the links on FB this year.
However, after a mental setback, I just lost the spirit to go anywhere near social media.
It'll be next year, don't nobody care anyway lol. I just love creating content and I know that it's wonderful posts that so many people will enjoy.
However anyway, I am in a good space just sitting here building my own little healing spaceΒ
Wouldn't it be nice if social media was okay? But it's not, and I can't have it in my life.

The setback: ❌❌❌(heavy, raw post. This is not for the kids in my family)
I'm Mad that Healing is Not as Nice as I Thought
