I am watching a replay of the roster selection that aired on Bleacher Report's YouTube page. Alright! I am really hoping that they don't switch the players around too much. That will not be smart and something tells me that the Unrivaled leaders are very smart!

So, tuning in: Renee Montgomery is sitting with Natasha Cloud and Aaliyah Edwards. Aaliyah looks so different and grown up without her braids. 

First they are announcing something called "Protected Players."

Aaliyah was a little upset that she wouldn't be playing with Breanna Stewart and her original Mist team again. But then they revealed that she will be with the Lunar Owls and they all went wild, lol. Hooty Hoo. She is thrilled! 

Dang Brittney Griner to the Vinyl as opposed to The Phantom with Natasha Cloud from last year. Tash was like "We rode together for practice." I know right, don't be breaking people up.

Thankfully Natasha Cloud will be back for the Phantom! Just revealed. She's thrilled. I'm glad because I don't like too many changes at once, but I have to understand that this is business

Dropping Gems:
Renee Montgomery is mentioning the fandom on social media a lot. She also has to say that Natasha Cloud is spoken for. She asks Tash to make some statements to the fans, Natasha says along the lines of "We are happy and open with sharing what we want to share. We put what we want to put out there, but please remember that yall don't know us.

I'm just like "Girl preach!!"

"You all don't know who we are so while the support and interest is great there needs to be limits and respect."

She then said she had to delete Twitter last week!! Thankfully, it doesn't seem like there's any trauma involved like with my hatred for social media however, you don't have to be as sensitive as I am to realize that the Internet is dominated by septic tank social media psychos, many of them are not even real fans of these players or the league. 

Crazy ass people. Just like during the playoffs, the lady asked A'ja Wilson about the praise from social media and A'ja said she is not on social media during this time, is spending time with her family, and blocking out the social media noise.
I love it!!!
