The official names are Blaire and Cora...just like with the hurricanes they refuse to give any storms a Black-sounding name. Years ago I wrote about the reasons why, it's about pairing images with words and importance and making sure the only images of importance are images of a certain type of person.
The country can't be around here imagining a Black lady as important enough to be mentioned with life-changing weather.
Sigh...but there my brain go on too many facts.
Facts, the truth, history, logic and all that doesn't heal me so those things can't be my obsession anymore
Forget the facts, forget the world. My knowledge is not going to change anything for the better in this ridiculous world. The depravity of race has no limits. It's my job however, to have limits in my life and that's what I'm continuing to work on and am getting much better, but still get irritated and roll my eyes
